1. Who we are
Capitaloverture Agency ("Capitaloverture", "we", "us") is a performance marketing agency registered in the State of Texas, USA, with a correspondence address at 2458 Meridian Avenue, Suite 410, Austin, TX 78701. For anything related to this policy, write to [email protected].
2. What we collect
We only collect what we need to answer you and run this website:
- Contact details you send us — name, email address, company, budget range and the message you write in our contact form.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, device type and referring page, collected in aggregate to keep the site secure and understand traffic.
- Client data — where you engage us for services, whatever campaign, list and analytics data is required to deliver the work, always under a separate agreement.
3. Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal (legitimate interest / pre-contractual steps).
- To deliver contracted services and report on them (performance of a contract).
- To maintain, secure and improve this website (legitimate interest).
- To send occasional agency updates, but only if you explicitly opt in (consent), which you can withdraw at any time.
4. Cookies
This site uses only what is strictly necessary to function, plus privacy-friendly, aggregate traffic measurement. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on our own website. Your browser settings can block cookies entirely without breaking the site.
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with processors that help us operate — email hosting, analytics and cloud infrastructure — each bound by a data processing agreement, and with authorities where the law requires it.
6. Retention
Enquiries that do not become engagements are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept for the duration of the engagement plus the retention period required by U.S. accounting and tax law.
7. Your rights
Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights under applicable state privacy law (including the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act) to access, correct or request deletion of your personal data, and to opt out of certain processing. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. You may also contact the Texas Attorney General's office with any concerns.
8. Changes
If we update this policy we will change the date at the top of the page. Material changes affecting existing clients are communicated by email.
